Bay Park is beautiful community of homes.

Bay Park is located on the West side of Dr. Phillips Blvd. about 1.5 miles Northwest of Universal’s Orlando Resort. It is a non-gated community and both entrances are plainly marked with large signs on both sides of the entrances. The community is immediately South of Palm Lake Elementary School.

Bay Park is a great looking subdivision in a great place.

When you drive into Bay Park it just speaks to you. The streets are lined with mature trees and the roads are shaded and just have a relaxing feel that continues through the entire neighborhood. The homes do not disappoint either there are approximately 78 in the neighborhood and most have pools. There is a small pond on the South side of Bay Park but only 3 homes have waterfront lots. That is OK because in this location lakes are not hard to find.

The homes in Bay Park range in size from 2,346 to 4,330.

There may be a few exceptions to those numbers but not many. Most communities will be referred to as luxury home communities when all of the homes are over 2,000 square feet. This neighborhood was mostly constructed between 1989 and 1994 but there were several homes built after 2000. The most noticeable thing about this communities age is the maturity of the trees. You can tell by their placement they were planted when the homes were built. When you drive through you will notice this too.

Bay Park is the kind of place you want to live in when you are wanting to tempt your family and friends to visit. Universal’s parks are 2 miles away and the best shopping Malls in Orlando are not much further. A nice Dinner is just a couple of minutes away on Dr. Phillips’ Restaurant Row. Bay Park has everything most people would want in a home for sale.
